In other words we are looking for those persons who are not afraid to go the extra mile to help
reduce the revolving door crime continuum due to drug use, poverty and so on, that is prevalent
in many communities.
We need people who are interested in volunteering their time part time at first, then
perhaps this position could work into a full time paid position, if our funding comes
through, as we plan. We are seeking Metis, Inuit Persons, or persons with a
distant native background, or those who are Non-Native but respect Native Culture. Added to
this, CAIS will be working with and respecting all cultures, including African American, Spanish,
Oriental, East Indian and so on. Grandmothers and Grandfathers are also needed.
